FastFit with Rose: A Sweat-Soaked Journey to Fitness Glory

If you think you’ve sweated before, trust me, you haven’t sweated like this. Today was my second FastFit class with Rose, the Beast Trainer Extraordinaire, and I’m still trying to piece my body back together after that insanity.

The Setup: A Torture Chamber Disguised as a Gym

Just like last week, Rose set up six stations of doom, fhewww, a beautiful, brutal blend of circuit training. Each station had its own special way of breaking your soul: burpees, squats, push-ups, and a few other moves I can’t name because my brain stopped working halfway through.

The format? 20 seconds of GO-GO-GO, followed by 20 seconds of pretending to breathe. Two full rounds of this madness. Sounds manageable, right? WRONG.

Because just when you think it’s over, Rose cranks up the heat, next, 30 seconds on, 15 seconds of survival mode. Again, two sets. At this point, I’m convinced she’s trying to turn us into machines.

The Extra Spice: Weights, Because Why Not

Oh, but Rose isn’t done. She throws in weights because what’s a little extra suffering? The choice is yours:

💀 Go heavy and question your life choices.

😇 Go light and pretend it’s easy while still crying inside.

It’s a no-win situation, but hey, that’s fitness, right?

The Rose Effect: A Mix of Motivation and Madness

Rose doesn’t just stand there and watch. She yells, she cheers, she pushes you beyond your limits. One second she’s screaming, “You got this!” and the next she’s dropping, doing the burpees with you, making sure no one dares slack off.

And because the class is small, it’s basically a one-on-one coaching session which means there’s nowhere to hide. She sees everything. Bad form? Fixed. Looking too comfortable? She adds weight.

Survived… Barely

By the time we finished, my arms were jelly, my legs were spaghetti, and my soul had left my body. But I LOVED IT.

This class is quickly becoming one of my absolute favorites, right up there with BodyPump. The energy, the challenge, the way Rose makes you feel like you’re training for the Olympics and it’s addicting.

Week 2: Feeling Stronger, Sweating Harder

I’m two weeks in, and I can already feel my body getting stronger. I have more energy, and I’m actually excited to push myself harder next time. Who knows what I’ll become by the end of the month? A machine? A superhero? A puddle of sweat?

Whatever it is, bring it on.See you next Wednesday, FastFit.
